Minimum Spend:
Balloon installs start at $275 with a $100 delivery/setup minimum for off-site installs.
Delivery + Setup:
Pricing includes setup within 20 miles of Buffalo. Travel fees apply beyond that.
Strike + Tear Down:
We offer next-day teardown starting at $50 or same-day teardown for larger installs.
Outdoor Installs:
We’re happy to style outside — just note that balloons are sensitive to heat, sun, and wind. We'll help you choose the safest placement.
Booking Details:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Final payment is due 7 days before your event.

After our chat, we'll send over a custom proposal outlining the services, pricing, and everything included — all tailored to your event.

Ready to move forward? A 30% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract officially save your date on our calendar! (P.S. — payment plans are available if needed.)
